Soft skills are what characterise a person’s relationships with other people. In the workplace, soft skills are considered to be a complement to hard skills, which refer to a person’s knowledge and occupational skills. Soft skills are also sometimes known as EQ (Emotional Quotient).

It’s the possession and refinement of these skills that really differentiate between those who excel in their chosen career and those that don’t. Also teams that have high motivation and strong levels of EQ are happier and proven to be more productive.

Partner Away Days
& Executive Coaching

As founder of Professional Training, Nadine Stanton and her team design and deliver partner/director away days and strategic development sessions.

PT are also highly regarded for their executive coaching. With such bespoke and focused feedback the individual coachee is realigned with the business aims which in turn help to drive performance.

Nadine personally works with a number of owner-managed businesses advising and coaching in a non-executive capacity.

Law is the background but training is our passion. We specialise in both

Our training is delivered in-house or at a venue to suit you and our clients range
from law firms to accountants to retailers and many other large national
and international organisations.

No two courses are identical. It is about what your organisation needs (after careful discussion with you) we then design your course or programme. We deliver it in a fun, interactive and impactful way, then we discuss our findings on your team and a strategy for future development. Our training complements the new SRA Continuing Competence regime.
